Recission modificationOctober 17, 2000 Mr. Robert Clayton Cooper Dear Mr. Cooper, In order to ensure the safety of the public and as jointly agreed between you and the District of Columbia government, I am modifying the Final Notice dated October 10, 2000, in accordance with said agreement. The requirement that all work be stopped and the site be secured no later than 7:00 p.m. on October 12, 2000 (see Final Notice, page 2, third to the last paragraph), is hereby revised, so that while all construction progress shall have ceased by that date and time, your client may continue to take such measures as are necessary to secure the structure until Friday, October 20, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. Under no circumstances may the height of the tower be increased. Any request for extension of this time must be received by me no later than close of business on Thursday, October 19, 2000. In all other respects, the Final Order stands as written.
